Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets announced this today, December 16, on his Facebook page,

- a boy born in 2008 and a girl born in 2011 were taken out of the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the brother and sister are already close to their mother;
- a boy born in 2011 is also next to his mother. With the assistance of the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine, his mother was taken to the territory of Georgia. The guy sought to return to Ukraine from the Russian Federation to his mother after his father took him out without permission.
Each return is a separate story and a special operation that people are working on. And their goal is to return all children to their homeland,” Lubinets emphasized. — I thank everyone who helps to do this. We will fight for every Ukrainian child and bring everyone back.
The Ombudsman emphasized that in the event of the disappearance of children, it is imperative to report this fact to the National Police by calling 102.
