The court banned the activities of the Derzhava party, which is on the National Security and Defense Council’s banned list.
The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal upheld the claim to ban the Derzhava political party. On Tuesday, June 14, the court’s press service reported.
“The court met the requirements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine: the activities of the political party Derzhava are prohibited; the funds and other assets of the party, the regional organizations, cities, districts, main centers and other organizational structures have been transferred to the state property, “the message said.
Meanwhile, the SBU reported that, on their initiative, the activities of six pro-Russian parties have already been banned in Ukraine.
In particular, the following are officially prohibited:

Political party Opposition Bloc;

Political party socialists;
-
“Justice and Development” political party;
-
Power of the political party;
-
Political party NASHI;
-
Political party Bloc Vladimir Saldo.
The court made the relevant decisions on June 8, 13 and 14, 2022.
“These political forces have carried out anti-Ukrainian activities, promoted war, and also created real threats to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine,” the SBU said.
They also added that representatives of these parties have contributed to violence and crimes aimed at illegally usurping state power, as well as helping the enemy and participating in cooperation activities.
Today it was also reported that the activities of Yevgeny Muraev OURS party were banned in Ukraine.
Recall, on June 8, the court banned the activities of the Opposition Bloc in Ukraine, and on June 13, a similar decision was made in relation to the Socialist Party.
