These are the data of the General Staff in the evening report on December 12. The enemy launched missile and three air strikes, carried out 38 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled eight enemy attacks in the areas of Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Kharkov region.
In the Liman direction, defense forces repelled two enemy attacks in the Makeevka area of the Lugansk region.
In the Bakhmut direction, units of the Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks in the Bogdanovka, Ivanovsky, Kleshchievka and Andreevka areas of the Donetsk region.
In the Avdeevsky direction, our defenders repulsed 37 enemy attacks in areas east of Novokalinovoy, east of Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka, south of Severny, south of Tonenky, Pervomaisky and Nevelsky Donetsk region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defenses of our troops.
In the Maryinsky direction, defense forces continue to contain the enemy in the Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region, where the enemy made 10 unsuccessful attacks on the positions of our defenders.
In the Zaporozhye direction, defense forces repelled four enemy attacks in areas north of Priyutnoye and west of Verbovoy, Zaporozhye region.
In the Shakhtarsky direction, the enemy did not carry out offensive (assault) actions.
Ukrainian defense forces hold positions on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region. They continue to inflict fiery defeat on the enemy.
