RM, from BTS, enlisted in the South Korean army last Monday, the 11th, alongside his groupmate, V
With the enlistment of RM, by BTS, last Monday, the 12th, the idol was able to check out several messages of support from his friends, relatives and fans, but one of them may have been somewhat unexpected. That’s because the Grinch, a character who hates the Christmas spirit, also took time to send good energy to the rapper.
It is worth remembering that the Grinch appeared in the children’s book “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, written by Dr. Seuss and published in 1957, gaining several adaptations for the screen, the most popular among them being the film “The Grinch”, a film released in 2000 where Jim Carrey brought the caricatured figure to life.
With that in mind, it must be said that the message came directly from the Grinch at Universal Studios in Orlando, as reported by the Koreaboo portal. A group of ARMYs visiting the park managed to speak to the furry, green being from Whoville, who began the video by saying that he would send RM “Christmas joy.”
Soon after, the character highlights that RM is taking on a big task, while jokingly stating that he also carries a big burden while pointing to his behind. Finally, he wishes the idol good luck and states that the rapper would complete the challenge successfully. Look!
RM enlisted alongside V, by BTS. The two attended the Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Korea, where they are expected to fulfill their army obligations for about 18 months. The other members of the group are also already serving in the Armed Forces, and the formation is expected to meet again in 2025.
