Tickets for the Kyiv – Warsaw train have increased in price by 72%. The cost of train tickets to Chisinau and Budapest has not changed.
Cost of tickets for international trains Ukrzaliznytsia has increased since December 10. The biggest fare increase is on routes to Poland. This is confirmed by data from booking.uz.gov.ua.
Thus, the Kyiv-Warsaw train journey will increase in price by 72%. The new tariff was agreed upon by the railways of the neighboring countries. Trains to and from Polish stations remain cheaper alternatives Chelm And Przemysl.
Train tickets from Dnieper to Chelm will increase in price by 4-11%, from Kharkov to Chelm – by 17-48%, from Kyiv to Chelm – by 15-47%. To travel to Intercity+ Kyiv – Przemysl the price will increase by 26%, and on the night train Odessa – Przemysl – within 37-49%.
Ticket prices are now:
Kyiv – Chelm – 1831 UAH (coupe);
Dnepr – Chelm – 2413 UAH (coupe);
Kharkov – Chelm – 2310 UAH (coupe);
Kyiv – Przemysl (Intercity+) – 1291 UAH and 1831 UAH;
Odessa – Przemysl (night) – 2001 UAH (compartment);
Kyiv – Warsaw – 3,076 UAH.
In addition, the cost of tickets for night trains to Vienna and Przemysl will increase by 3%. The cost of train tickets to Chisinau and Budapest has not changed.
