On Thursday, December 7, several dozen unknown men in balaclavas and weapons burst into the complex. These men did not present documents, but threatened with machine guns the employees of the establishment and visitors, including children, women and the elderly. At gunpoint, all visitors, including children, women and pensioners, were driven out into the street from saunas and treatment rooms. The Kosino Thermal Waters complex reported this on Facebook.
The administration stated that the military used physical force against the director of the complex in response to his request to show documents. The lawyer who filmed it was also injured. The establishment accuses the head of the Transcarpathian RTCC Andriy Sachuk and the head of the Uzhgorod RTCC Igor Tishchuk of violating the law.
The complex also assured that supposedly the majors were not relaxing in the establishment, but that mainly women and children were receiving treatment. In addition, they reported that the military took two men from the complex and took them to an unknown direction.
In all cases, boorish, rude and disdainful behavior towards citizens of Ukraine, both men, women and children, is monitored,” the statement says.
The administration of the Kosino complex stated that it filed a complaint with the police, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the State Bureau of Investigation, where they registered criminal proceedings in the ERDR under articles of abuse of power, causing bodily harm and kidnapping.
Earlier, the Transcarpathian OTCC and SP stated that its employees continue to legally serve summonses as part of mobilization activities. The military believes that men in gyms and entertainment venues are not privileged compared to the fighting servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on December 7, journalist Vitaly Glagola reported that employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support raided the Kosino health and recreation complex in the Transcarpathian region.
