The first results of recruiting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine were reported to the Ministry of Defense.

Since the beginning of the recruiting campaign with the Lobby X platform, the number of reviews for military vacancies has tripled. Since November 10, more than 320 military vacancies from different units have already been posted on the site. The number of respondents to these vacancies reached 6.5 thousand people. The defense department reported this on Telegram.
While for the entire period of posting vacancies in the army on Lobby X (from July 2022), their number is 1 thousand 190, and the number of reviews is 45 thousand,” noted the Ministry of Education.
As you know, in order to get into contract service, you need to select the desired position and unit on online platforms that cooperate with the Ministry of Defense and post specific vacancies of military units. This can be done on Lobby X and Work.ua.
Let us recall that in early November, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov signed an order approving the Concept of military personnel policy until 2028, according to which the main emphasis is to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in people. The concept provides for the transition of the Armed Forces to contract military service and a recruiting system instead of conscription.
And on November 13, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense signed an agreement on recruiting for the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the organization Lobby X. These recruiters will perform work in the interests of the army for free.
