The representative of the people suspected of high treason will remain in pre-trial detention until January 12, 2024 without the right to bail.
The Kiev Court of Appeal on Thursday, December 7, upheld the previous verdict on keeping MP Alexander Dubinsky in custody, reports Suspilne on Telegram.
The suspect will remain in jail until January 12, 2024 without the right to bail.
Before the meeting, the citizen’s representative said that his 10th and 11th ribs on the left side were broken.
Before this, he and his lawyers stated that he was beaten in the pre-trial detention center. The Kyiv police and the Kiev pre-trial detention center did not confirm the fact of the beating after the inspection.
It should be noted that in November, Dubinsky was searched and suspected of treason and placed under round-the-clock house arrest.
