Macron noted that changes are needed against the backdrop of the threats posed by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“France has entered a war economy where I’m sure we’re going to organize for a long time and where we can no longer live with a year of spending on programming,” Macron said.
According to him, it is impossible to delay, because now it is necessary to help not only your country, but also Ukraine, where there is war.
“For anyone who doubts the urgency of these efforts, it is enough to look again at Ukraine, whose soldiers are demanding high-quality weapons and also have the right to receive a response from us,” the president.
