The majority of consumers without power over the weekend due to inclement weather have been boosted. The most difficult situation remains in the Lviv region.
This Monday morning, 565 settlements were cut off in Ukraine due to bad weather, military operations and technological violations. The Ministry of Energy reported this on December 4.
“Due to bad weather, 145 communities are without electricity supply; planned power outages do not apply. Most consumers without electricity over the weekend due to bad weather have been strengthened. The most difficult situation remains in the region of Lviv,” the message said.
In addition, due to fighting and technological disruptions, 420 communities remain without electricity supply.
Due to difficult weather conditions, 134 settlements (9.7 thousand subscribers) in Lviv region, 11 settlements (1 thousand consumers) in Zhytomyr region were de-energized.
By Monday morning, power engineers had resumed electricity supply to four settlements in Volyn and 49 in the Khmelnitsky region.
In the Chernihiv region, two settlements (255 subscribers) were disconnected due to bad weather, and as a result of hostilities, 19 settlements (1.4 thousand metering points) were disconnected.
In the Donetsk region, as a result of the fighting, seven settlements (11.3 thousand subscribers) were cut off from power. At the same time, electrical engineers resumed electricity supplies in five settlements (10.3 thousand consumers).
In the Zaporozhye region, one settlement is provided with power (1.9 thousand metering points), which was de-energized for technical reasons. 535 customers remain without power supply. As a result of the conflict, 63 settlements (more than 26 thousand consumers) remain without power.
In the Sumy region, power engineers continued the supply of electricity to six communities affected by bad weather. As a result of the conflict, 56 settlements (2.6 thousand metering points) remain without power.
In the Kharkov region, electrical engineers have restored power supplies to 145 consumers who were left without power due to the fighting. 69 settlements and 16.5 thousand subscribers remain without electricity.
In Kherson, about 500 customers lost electricity due to the fighting. At the same time, due to the shelling, 418 consumers were left without electricity. In total, there are 4.9 thousand subscribers in the city without electricity. In the region, 45 settlements (26 thousand metering points) remain without electricity supply.
We remind you that over the weekend in the west of Ukraine about 500 settlements were cut off due to bad weather. In the Lviv region there are more than 450 settlements without electricity.
