“Explosion sounds can be heard in the Khmelnytskyi region. An air raid alert has been declared in the region,” the message said.
Later, the Khmelnytsky OVA announced the task of air defense.
“Residents of the Khmelnytsky district can hear the sounds of explosions. Air defense forces are working. Stay in shelters until the alarm ends,” wrote the deputy head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Police Department, Sergei Tyurin.
Before this, monitoring groups reported that many suicide bombers were moving in the direction of Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnytsky region.
