And finally, Putin’s war is a frontal attack on the rules-based international order,” Austin explained.
He added that the outcome of this struggle will determine global security for decades to come. And the United States has no chance of sitting on it.
“The United States is striving for a free and sovereign Ukraine that can defend itself now and deter new Russian aggression in the future. That’s Biden’s goal,” Austin said.
Austin assured that the United States remains in Ukraine and will continue to help Kyiv.
The head of the Pentagon also said that Washington will not allow Russia to win.
