It has been recorded that the transportation of stolen agricultural products is carried out by bulk carriers Zafar and Matros Koshka. The Russians take grain from local farmers at a fixed price less than the market price. The enemy subsequently resells this same grain at a market price. The Russians take the surplus for themselves. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that the Russians prohibited farmers from selling products without permission from the occupation authorities.
Let us recall that foreign media reported that Global Rights Compliance data indicates that Russia was actively preparing to steal grain reserves and starve the Ukrainian population for several months even before a full-scale invasion, for this they even began purchasing transport in 2021.
