The second day of MAMA Awards 2023 took place this Wednesday, 29th and revealed the winners of 22 different award categories

The last day of the MAMA Awards 2023 gave awards to K-pop soloists and groups in categories such as Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Best Group and many others at the ceremony held this Wednesday, 29, in Tokyo Dome, Japan.

  • Best Male Group: SEVENTEEN
  • Best Girl Group: NewJeans
  • Best Male Artist: Jimin from BTS
  • Best Female Artist: Jisoo from BLACKPINK
  • Best Dance Performance (Male Group): SEVENTEEN
  • Best Dance Performance (Female Group): NewJeans
  • Best Dance Performance (Solo): Jisoo from BLACKPINK
  • Favorite Overall Performance (Male Group): ATEEZ
  • Favorite Overall Performance (Women’s Group): (G)I-DLE
  • Favorite Dance Performance (Male Group): TREASURE
  • Favorite Dance Performance (Female Group): LE SSERAFIM
  • Best New Artist (Male): ZEROBASEONE
  • Best New Artist (Female): tripleS
  • Best music video: Jisoo (“Flower”) by BLACKPINK
  • Best collaboration: BTS’s Jungkook (“Seven” with Latto)
  • Best soundtrack: BTS (“THE PLANET”)
  • Best Vocal Performance (Group): AKMU
  • Best Vocal Performance (Solo): Parc Jae Jung
  • Best Rap and Hip Hop Performance: Agust D [Suga do BTS] (“People Pt.2” with IU)

It is worth remembering that, the first day of MAMA Awards 2023, revealed which groups and soloists were able to take home the awards in the categories: World Icon of the Year by Samsung Galaxy (Daesang), World Fans’ Choice (Bonsang), Favorite Rookie Artist, Achievement Inspirational, Galaxy Neo Flip Artist, Favorite Asian Girl Group, Favorite Asian Male Group and Favorite International Artist. Additionally, all idols nominated for this year’s ceremony promoted their new singles and albums between October 22, 2022 and September 30, 2023.
