The woman had to be hospitalized after a prolonged deterioration in her health. The course of treatment is now ending. Next, the wife of the chief Ukrainian intelligence officer will be under the control of doctors. This was reported by the Babel publication, citing intelligence sources.
These substances are not used in any way in everyday life or military affairs. Their presence may indicate a deliberate attempt to poison a specific person, the GUR emphasized.
Intelligence also noted that attempts on Kirill Budanov’s life were made before and after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. An investigation is currently underway into a possible attempt to murder the wife of the head of the State Intelligence Directorate.
