On November 25, Swiss President Alain Berset arrived in Ukraine for a visit. He published photo from the train station in Kyiv.
According to Besse, in Kyiv he will take part in an international summit on food security. A meeting with Vladimir Zelensky is also planned.
“The main attention is focused on the impact of the Russian occupation war on global food security and Switzerland’s long-term support for Ukraine,” the Swiss President emphasized.
Earlier it was reported that Switzerland will allocate more than 100 million euros to Ukraine for mine clearance.
We remind you that the Swiss company Global Clearance Solutions has opened a technical service center in Ukraine for the repair of mine clearance platforms. The center can also repair damaged infrastructure, especially power line towers, to restore power supply to the civilian population.
