On November 16, a car in Belgorod exploded, in which there was the deputy chairman of the occupation administration of the Kharkov region, Alexander Slisarenko. He died from his injuries.

The fact that the SBU eliminated a top traitor from the Kharkov region who fled to Russia was reported on November 23 by journalist Andrei Tsaplienko and the publication Liga, citing their own sources in the SBU.
Slisarenko once worked in the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine. In 2014, he was an active participant in the Kharkov anti-Maidan movement, and in 2021-2022 he fought for the fake LPR as part of the Lynx special unit.
Since the summer of 2022, he has been in the service of the Russian occupiers. The Muscovites made him deputy head of the occupation administration of the Kharkov region for internal policy. Slisarenko is involved in Russian atrocities in the occupied territory.
The SBU charged Slisarenko with treason, but he did not appear at trial. Therefore, the court itself came to him. The Russian authorities remain silent about the Slisarenko bombing today.
