In Ukraine, they will continue to announce an air raid alert when the Kinzhal hypersonic missile carrier takes off. They will act this way because the military does not always have information – be it a combat mission or a training mission. This was stated by the Speaker of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Yuriy Ignat on November 22 on the air of Ukrainian Radio.
The public warning scheme will not change, because the MiG-31 sometimes takes off with a missile, sometimes without it. But very often information about the presence of a missile on board remains unknown, he noted.
According to Ignat, the air force will also continue to issue alerts regarding kamikaze drones, missile attacks, tactical aircraft or threats from hostile multiple launch rocket systems.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelensky asked the military to propose a solution so that MiG-31K flights would not paralyze the country.
Let us recall that on October 18, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said that he had ordered the start of “constant patrolling” in the neutral zone over the Black Sea by MiG-31 aircraft with Kinzhal missiles.
