Russian occupiers attacked the city of Kherson.

On the morning of Monday, November 20, the enemy attacked the parking lot of an enterprise in the regional center. Two drivers of a local private enterprise were killed and another was injured. A residential building was also damaged. The head of the Kherson OV Alexander Prokudin reported this on Telegram.
The Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on Telegram that the shelling took place around 9.00 from artillery. Shells and shrapnel damaged civilian vehicles.
Law enforcement officers began a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war, which is associated with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Let us remind you that the Russian army carried out a massive shelling of Kherson and the region on November 16. There were hits at a medical facility, a store, gas stations and a car wash. In the city and region, six people were killed and 10 more were injured.
