Ukrainians who are in Europe will be able to donate DNA samples to search for their relatives who have gone missing under special circumstances.

This is the result of agreements between the Main Investigation Department of the National Police of Ukraine and the International Commission on Missing Persons.
We are starting work in Poland and Germany. Experts will select DNA samples, which will subsequently be transferred to Ukrainian investigators to search and identify missing persons, Interior Minister Igor Klimenko wrote on his social networks.
Schedule for collecting biological material for the next two weeks:
- November 28 – Krakow
- November 30 – Warsaw
- November 30 – Poznan
- December 2 – Berlin
- December 2 – Munich
- December 3 – Dresden
- December 4 – Frankfurt am Main
- December 5 – Dusseldorf

The Ministry of Internal Affairs called on all families searching for their relatives to join the collection of samples in order to speed up this difficult process.
