Within a week, six children were returned to Ukrainian-controlled territories. Two of them are orphans. This was announced by the head of Kherson OVA, Alexander Prokudin.
“Both families and children are in a safe place. Doctors and psychologists are working with them,” he said.
Prokudin thanked the volunteers of the Save Ukraine organization working with the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, Office of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, protection and trusteeship authorities, and the services of child in the region.
We remind you that the organization Ukrainian Save Ukraine was able to return four children with their families from the temporarily occupied territories.
It was previously reported that two children born in 2009 and 2015 were returned to Ukrainian-controlled territory from temporarily occupied Crimea. They came with their grandmother.
