The majority of Ukrainians who held positions in the state and local government sector did not want to cooperate with the invaders. And the traitors who agreed to work for their enemies do not have the necessary education. Often these individuals occupied the lowest positions in these sectors. That is why they were sent to study in Siberia, and the Russians are bringing their own specialists to take their place. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
It is noted that the collaborators’ curators from the Donetsk region sent them for training to the Krasnoyarsk region of Russia. There, traitors will study at the Institute of State and Municipal Administration.
The CNS emphasized that this practice has been common in Moscow since the times of the USSR. Then people were sent for training to settlements quite remote from their region of residence.
Experts believe that the occupiers are laying the preconditions for the further displacement of local collaborators by Russian “specialists”, and they will instead be sent deep into Russian territories for more reliable assimilation.
Let us remind you that on November 10, the Center for National Resistance announced that the Kremlin decided to remove the bonus for workers of the occupation administrations for working in “difficult conditions.”
