In Ukraine, on November 6, a law was implemented that prohibits the use and distribution of most fireworks, firecrackers and firecrackers. This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, Evgenia Kravchuk.
The document was approved by the Rada in April and signed by the President in May.
At the same time, regulations were implemented that prohibit the use and sale of fireworks, especially fireworks and firecrackers (with the exception of fireworks of class F1, which have a very low level of danger and a low noise level of no more than 60 dB ).
Today, noise abatement regulations are enforced.
Thus, the use of fireworks (pyrotechnic products intended for use at entertainment events) of classes F2, F3, F4 is prohibited; sale and/or transfer by any means of explosives of classes F2, F3, F4; sale and/or transfer in any way of class F1 fireworks to persons under 16 years of age.
