The Republic of Belarus has again extended joint military exercises with the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
Russian military exercises on the territory of Belarus have been extended until November 12. This was reported on Sunday, November 5, by the Telegram channel of the monitoring group Biloruski Gayun.
“Domanovo and Obuz-Lesnovsky landfills work without interruption, while others on the weekend of November 4 and 5. In addition, November 6-7 this week is a day off for those Gozhsky and Brestsky landfills, and on November 7 also a day off in Lepelsky, Borisovsky and Neman,” the message notes.
It is indicated that the military exercises of Russia continue continuously on the territory of the neighboring country from April 29, 2022. The total number of extensions is 80 weeks.
Let’s remember that at the beginning of the mass invasion, the Russian Federation attacked our country, also from Belarus. Then the enemy captured part of Kyiv, Chernigov and Sumy regions. During the war, the Russians more than once used the territory of Belarus to launch attacks on our country.
Earlier, social networks wrote that there are about 2,000 Russian military personnel in Belarus.
Belarus intends to introduce a new type of summons for those liable for military service – via SMS.
