Two high-ranking Russian military personnel were eliminated in Ukraine.

One of them is a representative of the Russian law enforcement agencies, an employee of the Forensic Expert Center of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Colonel of Justice Viktor Perederiy. The liquidation took place on the territory of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Muscovites. This was reported by the Russian regional portal “Living Kuban”.
Peredery began serving as an investigator in the Novorossiysk prosecutor’s office. Then he worked in the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region, and from August 2017 – at the Moscow Academy of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
In March 2019, Perederiy retired, but in 2022 he returned to work as an employee of the SEC ICR.
In addition, the commander of the Terek battalion, Viktor “Kedra” Popov, retired colonel, “ataman” of the Svyatokhrestovsky district community of the Stavropol Territory, was liquidated.
