Now prisoners will be put on “special military registration” without their personal appearance at the military registration and enlistment office, medical examination, medical examination and psychological selection, it follows from the document.
This record will be kept by the military personnel at the location of the colonies and pre-trial detention centers. It is planned that the corresponding lists will contain information about the name, date and place of birth of the prisoner, the article under which he was convicted, information about the type of punishment, as well as about the institution where the convicted person is serving his sentence. It is proposed to check the lists of special military registration with the military registration documents of military registration and enlistment offices at least once a year.
