More than 650 thousand Hryvnia of damage in the production of project documentation: the mayor of the city from the Poltava region received suspicion.
The mayor of the Poltava region is suspected of abuse of office. This was reported by the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police.
It was noted that in 2021, the city council and a commercial structure entered into an agreement on the development of design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of the educational institution. Based on the signed certificate of acceptance for the services rendered, the contractor received funds from the budget in his accounts. However, the cost of work in preparing design estimates is significantly inflated.
This fact was confirmed by the corresponding expert opinion, and the amount of damage caused was more than 650 thousand UAH.
