According to the lawyer PrivatBank, the story stretches back to 2016, when before the nationalization the bank put 248 gas stations on its balance sheet by foreclosing the mortgaged items in compliance with the requirements of the NBU. After receiving ownership of the gas station, the bank, under the leadership of the previous management, immediately transferred them to financial leasing to companies from the orbit of the group.
