In Ukraine, since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, there have been 561 incidents involving mines and explosive remnants of war.

835 civilians were injured, of whom 264 were killed and 571 were injured. The press service of the State Special Transport Service reported this today, November 1.
It is noted that the relevant incidents occurred:
- in the fields – 145;
- on roads – 125;
- in courtyards – 117;
- in forests – 91;
- in the area of reservoirs – 30;
- indoors – 53.
The department urges citizens to strictly follow mine safety rules and not ignore established warning signs of potential danger.
Special tape, “Mine Danger” signs. “Stop mines!”, red flags in the ground – all this warns that the territory is dangerous. Don’t ignore them! If you come across an explosive or suspicious object, call 101 or 102, the department notes.
