The victim told the court that his neighbor first wandered into his yard in his underwear. After that, he took it off and ran naked. The woman’s little grandson witnessed what was happening. The girl was scared.

The court found the man guilty under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced him to two months of arrest. This decision can be appealed to the court of appeal.
