Russian troops attacked the southern regions with missiles and drones on October 27.

The air defense forces of the South Air Command destroyed three Kh-59 guided missiles and two Lancet attack drones. Missiles were shot down in the sky over the Nikolaev region, and drones over the Kherson region. The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Telegram.
However, as a result of one of today’s air attacks, there were casualties in the Kherson region. At about 3:40 p.m., the invaders dropped explosives from a drone on an elderly couple in Mikhailovka. A 79-year-old local resident and his 73-year-old wife were injured. Both were admitted to the hospital, where they are receiving the necessary care.
Let us recall that on the night of October 27, the Russian army attacked Ukraine from the Primorsko-Akhtar region, using six Shahed attack UAVs in the direction of the southern regions of Ukraine and one Iskander-M ballistic missile from the Voronezh region in the direction of the Kharkov region. Air defense managed to destroy five Shaheds in the Kherson and Nikolaev regions.
