Yes, the enemy is massively recruiting mercenaries from Cuba for the war. Foreigners are used in the Kupyansk direction, as well as between Bakhmut and Gorlovka. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance, created by the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It is noted that the invaders themselves are proud to send Cuban citizens in the vanguard, because they do not feel sorry for foreigners. The Cubans are not formed into separate detachments, but are distributed among already existing Russian units. They do not take into account whether the mercenary understands Russian.
The CNS emphasized that the attitude towards Cubans corresponds to typical Russian chauvinism. Almost their main role in the Russian model is to die first.
