The head of a department at one of the academic institutions demanded that the students make a “charitable contribution” to him, and in return promised “loyalty.”
The head of a branch of one of the institutes of the National Academy of Internal Affairs was exposed for taking bribes. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
“According to the investigation, the suspect requested that the students of the study group make a “charitable contribution” to him. For this, he promised an honest attitude to the future lawyers and a positive assessment of their educational results. Also, for $400, the officer was supposed to help two students successfully pass the exam “During the investigation, it was documented that he received more than 37,000 UAH in bribes, ” said the report.
The woman was reportedly detained while receiving the second part of the amount.
Earlier it was reported that the deputy chairman of the medical commission in the Lviv region tried to eat a bribe that he demanded from a serviceman.
