Ukraine returns three more illegally deported children. This was announced by Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets on Telegram on Saturday, October 21.
“We managed to return three more Ukrainian children to their homeland. This was done as part of the implementation of the Bring Kids Back UA action plan, which was initiated by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. We also work with public organizations and international partner in this process,” he wrote.
The Ombudsman thanked all involved individuals and organizations for the return of the children.
A few days ago, four children deported to the Russian Federation were returned to Ukraine. Then we talk about boys – six, three and nine years old, as well as a 17-year-old girl.
They also managed to return two brothers from Russia to Ukraine – 13-year-old Kirill and 4-year-old Sergei.
