This was reported today, October 15, on the CNS website with reference to data received from the underground.
Instead of constructing concrete engineering structures in accordance with the orders of the Russian government, local authorities are forcing commercial structures of the Kursk region to purchase large quantities of Egoza barbed wire at their own expense and transfer construction equipment free of charge to the needs of Russia and the federal border service, the Central Tax Service notes, publishing corresponding photos.
