Ukraine did not allow a drawdown in five important areas, so the theme of the Peace Formula dominates today, the head of the Foreign Ministry explained.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba explained his words about the “hard autumn” for Ukraine and spoke about the measures being taken to avoid a negative scenario. He said this in an interview with Natalya Moseychuk.
“I spoke about a “difficult autumn” for many reasons. First, a counter-offensive. The closer to the beginning of the season – cold, rainy, the more difficult it is to move to the battlefield. Second, the approaching ( presidential – ed.) election in America: Actually, You and I have seen how “the picture is twisted,” said Kuleba.
The third reason the minister named the “very sensitive” elections in Poland, elections in Slovakia and relations with other European countries.
“Fourth is the Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure. You and I understand that it’s only a matter of time when they start again trying to destroy us energetically. And the fifth reason why I’m talking about this is the trend… regarding the destruction of warehouses where we are supplied or other military equipment,” said the Foreign Minister.
According to him, the first Defense Industries Forum was held in Kyiv precisely to stimulate the production of new weapons and ensure the consistency of supplies.
Kuleba said that Ukraine is now being supplied with military weapons that were planned in advance, and in order to avoid a “slow down” in supplies, the Ukrainian authorities have begun to systematically work to increase production both in Ukraine and elsewhere country.
“The topic of negotiations (with Russia – ed.) can only arise if in all these areas that I have listed, we allow “subsidence” and there will be negativity everywhere. But because this subsidence does not exist – we did not allow it, then we have Today it is not the topic of negotiations that dominates, but the topic of President Zelensky’s Peace Formula,” concluded the minister.
Let’s remember that in August Dmitry Kuleba predicted that the upcoming period of world politics could be difficult for Ukraine in a diplomatic sense, because there will be calls in different states for the need for negotiations in Russia.
