The substation supplied electricity to Russian military installations. Today there is a temporary blackout, sources in the SBU said.
On Sunday evening, the SBU successfully attacked an electrical substation in the Belgorod region. Ukrainskaya Pravda reported this on October 15, citing an interlocutor in the intelligence service.
“In its work, the SBU shows the Russians a blackout in response to numerous attacks on the energy infrastructure on their part, and this is a reality that is already at their door,” the message said.
The publication published a video of the drone’s successful work at an electrical substation in the village of Krasnaya Yaruga, which is the center of the region. According to the SBU, the military facilities of the occupiers are connected to it, among other things.
We remind you that this evening the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a large-scale drone attack. Apparently 27 UAVs were destroyed, including two in the Belgorod region.
And on October 5, the media reported a successful attack on a substation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, apparently also carried out by the SBU.
