The Russian Federation cannot guarantee a warming period in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass.
The Russian occupiers cannot ensure the heating season in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. This was reported by the Center for National Resistance (CNS).
In addition, according to the CNS, the temporarily occupied territories of eastern Ukraine are provided with fresh water up to only 50% of the minimum requirement. In this regard, the residential district heating system may not receive enough fresh water to successfully complete the heating season.
It also makes it impossible to continue production processes in acquired businesses.
“All the occupiers who destroyed the infrastructure in the BOT and put local residents at risk of freezing in their own homes will be held accountable for their actions. We now have lists of employees of the Russian occupation administrations in at our disposal,” CNS said in a statement.
As we have already written, the residents of the occupied Mariupol may be left without heating in the winter, as the city has a critical infrastructure situation.
