Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturian signed the law previously adopted by the parliament on the ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. The official website of the President of the country reports this.
“On October 13, the President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturian signed a statement on the ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, signed on July 17, 1998, and on the adoption of the statement “In recognition of retroactive force of the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court of the Republic of Armenia” on the basis of Article 12, part 3 – said in the message.
