According to social networks, the man came to Lviv from Kyiv. After his arrest, he allegedly underwent a medical examination at night and was taken to a training ground in the Rivne region in the morning.
In September, a video of an incident at the Sambir Territorial Recruitment Center was already distributed on a social network, where a man from Kharkov was beaten and threatened. The State Bureau of Investigation is currently establishing the circumstances of the incident.
