Rescuers ask citizens to strictly follow mine safety rules and, if they see unfamiliar objects, report to the police or the State Emergency Service.
Today, October 9, a 47-year-old man was blown up by an explosive device in Chernigov. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
“It was previously known that the citizen was collecting scrap metal around the city. He was taken to the hospital with his injuries,” the report said.
Rescuers ask citizens to strictly follow mine safety rules.
“Warning marks of potential danger are installed for a reason. Special tape, signs “Danger – mines!”, “Stop – mines!”, red flags on the ground – all this are warning that the territory is dangerous. Ignore them! If you find an explosive or suspicious object, call 101 or 102,” they called the State Emergency Service.
Earlier it was reported that a man blew himself up on a “petal” in the Kharkov region.
