Russian propaganda publications and telegram channels are actively “dispersing” the fake news, allegedly Hamas militants are fighting against the Israeli army with weapons from Ukraine.

Near Ashkelon, Israeli soldiers arrested militants who allegedly found either Ukrainian anti-tank grenade launchers (RPG-7) or grenades for them (propagandists clearly did not agree on the details of the “legend”). The weapons allegedly bore the markings of a “Ukrainian unit from Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region.”
The Ministry of Defense denied this information and called the report about the sale of Ukrainian weapons to Hamas terrorists an information and psychological operation of the Russians.
In a commentary to the Military Media Center at the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, military expert Colonel Petr Chernik noted that Israeli weapons will be supplied to Europe, and European weapons will go to Ukraine.
One of the reasons for this blow is the failure of this plan. It is the Israeli model that is seen as working for Ukraine. It is Israel that is a strategic ally of the United States, and it is the United States that is a strategic ally of Ukraine. Therefore, it is impossible to say that we could theoretically sell such weapons.
According to Pyotr Chernik, the weapons still need to be delivered by sea or land, and this is impossible.
Because of Iran, we cannot do anything like that, because we have announced sanctions on this country for at least fifty years in advance. This also cannot be done through other states, such as Egypt, Syria or Jordan, because you need to have appropriate logistics routes. Consequently, any information regarding the sale of weapons to Hamas is nothing more than an information and psychological operation.
