The next morning, the Rescue Service received a message that while descending the green route from Mount Goverla, two tourists had lost their way and needed the help of rescuers.
After lunch, one of the missing tourists in Hoverla was found between the blue and green routes; rescuers took him to the Zaroslyak base.
Later, the second tourist (without signs of life) was found between Goverlovsky Falls and the blue route; rescuers performed resuscitation measures, but were unsuccessful. The rescuers brought the body of the deceased to the foot of the mountain and handed it over to the police.
