There are three enemy ships on combat duty in the Mediterranean Sea, one of which is a carrier of Caliber cruise missiles.
No enemy ships have been recorded in the Sea of Azov yet.
It is noted that over the past 24 hours, in the interests of Russia, the passage through the Kerch-Yenikalsky Strait connecting the Black and Azov Seas was made by:
- to the Sea of Azov – 25 ships, of which 10 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Black Sea – 12 ships, seven of them continued moving towards the Bosphorus Strait.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by disabling Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) on civilian vessels in the Sea of Azov, the Navy notes.
