In the Bakhmut direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are advancing and will continue to do so. We didn’t stop at Andreevka’s dismissal. Andreevka was a key point for controlling Bakhmut’s southern flank. Thus, we not only control the railway, we can already reach the Berkhovka-Bakhmut highway with artillery,” Kukharchuk explained on the Espresso TV channel.
Let us recall that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on October 5 that in the Bakhmut direction the Defense Forces had success east of Andreevka. The Russian occupation army unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position in the area east of Dilievka, Donetsk region. The enemy carried out air strikes near Kleshchievka and Ivanopol. More than 15 settlements in Donbass came under artillery and mortar fire.
