Russian occupiers shelled the city of Berislav and other villages in the Kherson region.

Around 16.50 October 1, Russian aircraft dropped two guided bombs on a residential area of Berislav. The explosion destroyed the garage premises, the blast wave broke windows in the buildings of the medical institution and residential buildings. In addition, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged. The Kherson Regional Military Administration reported this on Telegram.
The enemy also fired artillery at other settlements. In the village of Tyaginka, a man born in 1980, who was in the courtyard of a house, was killed as a result of shelling. And in the village of Veseloe, a 63-year-old woman was injured and was hospitalized with limb injuries and concussion.
The Office of the Prosecutor General added that at about 16:10 the Russian military fired artillery shelling at one of the villages in the Berislavsky district, as a result of which a local resident was killed.
The Berislav District Prosecutor’s Office began a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 43 (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Let us remind you that on October 1, Russian invaders shelled the town of Druzhby, Shostka district, Sumy region. As a result of the shelling, a number of buildings caught fire and a local resident was injured.
