This was reported today, October 1, on the website of the Center for National Resistance.
In particular, a “tourist” was sent to the temporarily occupied Berdyansk from the Amur region of the Russian Federation in order to head the “investigative committee” in the city – the next punitive body of the occupiers will be led by Mikhail Oleynik from the Russian city of Raichikhinskaya.
If the practice of appointing a “leader” from the Russian authorities for the occupiers is deliberate, then the Russians wanted to recruit the rank and file for months. However, the occupation administrations cannot find a sufficient number of collaborators, so they are forced to continue the systematic practice of sending workers from the territory of Russia to the TOT of Ukraine, the Central Tax Service notes.
It is noted that local resistance complicates life for Russians, primarily local Gauleiters, who are systematically reprimanded from the Kremlin for not filling units.
