A special defense fund is planned to be created in Ukraine.

The Fund should provide additional resources, particularly for the development of military industries and support for related cooperation to create new military facilities and programs necessary for the defense and care of military personnel. President Vladimir Zelensky announced this on September 30 during the Defense Industries Forum.
A special defense fund will be established in Ukraine,” he noted.
According to the head of state, the fund’s resources will be allocated to government spending on defense, defense production and private investment. The fund itself will be financed from dividends from state defense assets and profits from the sale of confiscated assets of the Russian Federation.
Let us recall that on September 30, President Vladimir Zelensky announced the creation of the Alliance of Defense Industries in Ukraine. Manufacturers of weapons and military equipment from all over the world can join, and the first 13 companies have already become participants.
