Despite these “official statements”, local public pages wrote about heavy shelling in the Shebekino area on the night of September 28 and asked the population to take shelter.

As noted by Russian Telegram channels, there was an “arrival” at one of the industrial enterprises, and the power line was also damaged – some subscribers in Shebekino and two villages: Rzhevka and Nezhegol were left without electricity
