The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova reported the discovery of rocket debris in a lake near the city of Anenii Noi, located in the southeast of the country, 35 km from Chisinau.

The debris was found in Lake Garbovets near the village of Farladany, Kaushani district. Law enforcement officers assume that they are from the air defense system.
This is not the first time that missile debris has fallen in Moldova since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began.
The department clarified that there is no danger to the population, the territory is isolated, and the first houses are located 1 km from the danger zone.

Now experts are pumping water out of the lake, because the explosive component of the rocket may be at the bottom of the reservoir.
